Vitamins/Supplements

DH and I have been talking about when we are going to start trying to get pregnant again (its a secret).   We have decided that I am going to continue to treat my body nutrition wise the same as I would if i were pregnant.  I have been scouring the internet for what is recommended and daily amounts that I should take to help ward of this disease and to build up my storage factories for when pregnancy does bless me and DH again.

Since leaving the hospital I have been taking a lot of supplements and vitamins; some to help with regulate my blood pressure-naturally, no harsh BP medication. All of which have been told to other PreE survivors to take during subsequent pregnancies. So I will be continuing those.

I have now come to find out that I have a blood clotting disorder (factor V) that will warrant me taking a low dose aspirin now and for the rest of my life. And if my mother develops a DVT then I will have to take heparin shots during pregnancy. (Knock on wood- that she doesn't have a DVT for her sake and mine).

Here is the list of what I take everyday

AM
Time released Calcium 2 pills
Time released Magnesium 2 pills
Vitamin D
Prenatal
Folic Acid

PM
Time released Calcium 2 pills
Time released Magnesium 2 pills
Aspirin
Iron
Vitamin C

I will be adding CoQ10 here shortly once I go out and get it.
I was wondering if any of you BLM or PreE in subsequent pregnancy have any other suggestions as to what to take so I can suggest it to my docs.
