A Little Bit of Everything

So the last time I updated we just found out I am having a little boy. Halloween has come and past and let me tell you that was a rough morning. I had woken up and started my day and then out of the blue I just started to cry. Well more like full on bawl. I cried not because Laken is missing Halloween and all the first but because we are. All of our hopes and dreams were gone in an instant on Jan 4, 2010. I managed to get myself up off the couch and into the shower (still crying at this point) and calm down and realize that she was given to me and taken away but because of that I will cherish Quinn even more. We have a restaurant here called "The Melting Pot" and since it was halloween they were having a $35 per person special. My husband took me there since we are not able to go on my Birthday (Nov7th) since I am working. They have the best fondu; the cheese even had some wine in with it mmmm so good especially since I can't do any drinking. And being pregnant the dessert was delicious blackberry choc and dark choc used to dip my strawberries and marshmallows in. MMMMMM.

No big news on the pregnancy. My next appointment isn't until the 15th. I do however have a doctors note to limit my working hours to only 8 hours. YAY! so here is my 19 week update.

How am I feeling: Pretty good, not having to use my Zofran as much. Yay maybe the MS is starting to go away.

Am I Showing: Yes Im really starting to pop out now. Im bigger now than I was at 24 weeks with Laken. Heck I've past that weeks ago.

Any Cravings: Yes! I'm Loving meat right now.

Baby Preparations: Yes! we have registered at Babies.R.Us and Wal.Mart. We already have the crib and mattress in the crawl space I still have to clean out the nursery area. (There will be Pictures posted when ready)

Weight Gain: Yes! at my last doc appointment I was up 10lbs from my prepregnancy weight. Such a good sign considering I lost 14lbs with Laken.

Much Needed Rain Storm

So today has been a good day, I always love it when storms come threw because it puts me at peace and reminds me of my sweet little Laken. Today Kelsey and I went out to the garage to finish some of our holiday decorations. We painted baby pumpkins I even made a cute little kitty cat with pipe cleaner ears with puff balls for some fur, and some rubber whiskers. I will have photos later. I just wanted to give a quick update with the storm coming in about how I am feeling.

Getting in The HALLOWEEN Spirit

Ok, I just have to say I LOVE HALLOWEEN and Fall for that matter. This year I decided to make my own halloween decorations. As I finish them I will add the description and picture here on this post.

This is made with a Styrofoam wreath painted black. 

Hot glued on a feather boa added in black rubber w/ glitter twigs 

and hot glued on the "Bride &Groom"
